It combines Chinese Tai Chi, ballet and Chinese classical dance with Eastern cultural philosophy. This combination results in improved blood flow, enhanced ability to focus, increased muscle strength and improved physical flexibility. The dance movements combine breathing, physical exercise and mental stimulation to fully develop the practitioner’s highest potential.  

This Class open to over 12 years of age, all levels be welcome.

Tai Chi Quan & Chi Kung

Tai Chi imparts numerous documented mind and body health benefits including: better sleep, improved immune functions, balance and fall prevention, clearer thoughts and focus, greater endurance, STRESS REDUCTION, reduced depression/anxiety, a sense of calm belonging in the world-who doesn’t want that?! These are just a few of the benefits these relaxing, gentle work outs give us, but there’s so much more to tai chi than meets the eye. The only way to really get all the benefits and feel better is to actually DO tai chi!

In this class, you can get the basis Tai Chi skills as rooting, posting, walking, and solution how to control the movements by breathing.You will learning 13 forms Tai Chi Quan from this course.

Tai Chi Quan is an internal martial art known for its slow, fluid movements. Chi Kung is a system of techniques emphasizing, posture, breathing, and meditation. It is a fundamental part of the practice of Tai Chi. You can connect the movements with the organs by practice, and get balance the emotions that accompany each organ Like Yin and Yang each organ has a positive and negative vibration. You will build up strength balance and nourishing your body.

This is a great exercise for our computer-based society. It’s simple and easy to learn, easy to practice, no request any equipment, no bigger place, anywhere, any time, just enjoy yourself and that moment.

Kung Fu Dance

In ancient China, dance and martial arts were of the same origin. As time moved on, the movements evolved into two expressions: one invoking movements of combat and the other movements of art. The artistic movements created a beautiful performance which was later incorporated into Chinese opera. The combat-related movements became known as Kung Fu which, in modern times, has become popular around the world as an activity which promotes good health. Kung Fu became a form of fitness rather than a fight!

Kung Fu Dance, it combines the basic movements of Chinese martial arts, the standard movements of Chinese opera, and the classic action movie music, the practitioner benefits both physically and mentally under the guidance of rhythm, breathing and controlled movement designed to emphasize the aesthetic in addition to physical exercise. Because of the beautification of dance, even people who have never practiced Kung Fu can make beautiful movements and routines.

Chinese Kung Fu Dance strengthen the body as well as open space in the vertebrae, ligaments and joints which encourages free movement of the body.

Ballet & Dance Meditation

ballet style dance combination course includes a combination of other styles of dance to achieve specific purposes. It fuses Tai Chi methods and breathing techniques which helps the dancer increase flexibility and balance and results in relaxation. This unique ballet style avoids muscle tension and rigidity one may experience in classical ballet training.
