Our classes begin with Tai Chi forms and gradually introduce Tai Chi sword work, supporting practitioners in developing stability, ease, and integrated strength, while cultivating balance, continuity, and focused awareness.

此课程不仅借鉴遵循中国舞蹈学院派的教学体系,更重要的是,追根溯源,融合了太极的呼吸及流畅,武术的造型与力量,呈现出刚柔并济、圆融大气的东方美韵。让舞者动作美而流畅,更让身体在练习中日益柔韧而通畅。 让舞蹈成为身体与精神的修炼。
精品课已经开设多期。每期精品课除了基本元素和组合外,还要学习一支完整可表演的舞蹈。帮助大家一边学习基础,一边提升音乐理解、文化内涵与情感表达。

Ballet Style Dance Combination
This multicultural dance class includes a belly dance warm up, followed by a ballet bar practice and combination. Then you will learn a performance dance. The class ends with a cool down Yoga dance for stretching and relaxation.
Open to over 14 years of age, all levels be welcome.
