Tai Chi & Kung Fu Dance
This class combines Tai Chi, martial arts, and Chinese classical dance with Eastern cultural philosophy. You will get the benefits of increased flexibility and balance through these dance methods. You will also grow in your sense of peace and confidence. Class Schedule:

Ballet Style Dance Combination
This multicultural dance class includes a belly dance warm up, followed by a ballet bar practice and combination. Then you will learn a performance dance. The class ends with a cool down Yoga dance for stretching and relaxation.
Open to over 14 years of age, all levels be welcome.
