It’s a comprehensive training program rooted in traditional Chinese Kung Fu.Students systematically develop fundamental skills and movement structures,
while exploring rhythm, flow, and stage presence through dance-inspired training. Alongside building strong, well-coordinated bodies,
the program emphasizes focus, discipline, and confident self-expression—
allowing Kung Fu to become not only physical training,
but an art that can be clearly and naturally expressed.
是一门以中国武术为训练基础，
系统学习武术基本功与套路结构，
并融合舞蹈韵律与舞台表达训练的综合性课程。课程在建立真实、扎实的身体能力的同时，

1️⃣ 功夫基础与套路组合
Kung Fu Basics & Routine Combinations
通过系统的基本功训练，孩子学习力量、节奏、姿态与协调性，
更重要的是掌握基本的防御与进攻动作，
培养自我保护意识与反应能力。
Through systematic basic training, children develop power, rhythm, posture, and coordination —
while also learning essential defensive and offensive movements that build self-protection skills and body awareness.
2️⃣ 中国剑术训练
Chinese Sword Training
学习基本剑法与身法，练习基础组合套路与安全规范的配合训练，
在专注中培养优雅与控制力。
Learn the fundamentals of sword techniques and body movements,
practice basic combination forms,
and reinforce safety, grace, and focus through disciplined training.
3️⃣ 舞台表演与艺术表达
Stage Performance & Artistic Expression
将功夫与剑术融入舞台表演，
增强孩子的自信，让他们在舞台上闪耀光彩。
Integrate Kung Fu and sword movements into stage performances,
helping students gain confidence and shine with poise and presence.
